Management at Project Everest Ventures

9.7
9.7 rating for Management, based on 7 reviews
How accessible are managers and do they make good mentors? You may want to address internal communication, performance feedback or praise and recognition.
Extremely satisfied. My leaders were all incredibly capable, both in regards to project development and personal development. Throughout my experience I was given constant feedback to help me develop, and was trusted with responsibilities to test my leadership.

The managers or leaders make themselves very accessible and always push to spend time with you outside of work hours. They communicate very openly and set aside time during the week so have a conversation with you about feedback, goals and general well-being. Communication is something that project Everest does particularly well as it is critical to not only creating the positive culture but ensuring the safety of everyone which is essential when working in the environments that we work in.

Everyone in a leadership position at Project Everest Ventures are there for all the right reasons and have been trained very well to do what they do. The leadership skills that they have and aim to impart on others is what makes the company so unique.
The leadership team are some of the most competent people I have ever met. They are very well trained in risk assessment and project development. Their passion for Project Everest Ventures and its vision is also something that I haven't seen anywhere else.
