Your role

Responsibilities:

As a part of the Mental Health Program, the Intern will perform the following duties and deliverables:

• Review of the scientific and grey literature to synthesize validated information relevant to science, policies, and practices in the mental health ecosystem in India and globally.
• Assist the program team in conducting secondary research to retrieve the data and information relevant to various ongoing projects.
• Support the program team in writing knowledge products such as project deliverable reports, technical briefs, and country profiles.
• Attend team meetings/calls and take part in various operational activities of the program.

Salary & benefits

The annual salary for this role ranges from INR 2.4 to 3.0 LPA (Source: Ambition Box).

About you

To apply for this position you must have the following skills,

• Master’s Degree (MPH/MA-Psychology); candidates with bachelor’s Degrees with experience may also apply.
• High Level of Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word) 
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.

Desirable skillset:

• Understanding of qualitative methods. 
• Ability to prepare and deliver good presentations.
• Ability to work on the group as well as individual assignments. 
• Ability to manage ambiguity and work in a fast-paced work environment. 
• Prior experience / Internship with a consulting firm will be an added advantage
