Your role

As part of the role,

• Issuing a purchase order in the system as per requirements for various vendors.
• Coordinating with vendors for following up on pending bill submissions and any other payment-related mismatch issue 
• Coordinating with internal and Region teams for their requirements, follow-up, and bill updation/submission.
• Verifying and recommending various vendor bills through the system 
• Verifying and submitting the bills to the accounts team
• Coordinating with the accounts team for vendor payments and payment advice
• Maintaining /Keeping all vendor bill submissions and payment data and reconsolidating payments with vendors.
• Regular touch with Region ( RAM, Civil supervisor, Electrical supervisors) for any requirements and checking internal I-Tracker software for any requirement for issuing the PO
• Keeping weekly/ monthly /yearly vendor PO and submitted bills and payment data

Salary & benefits

The annual salary for this role will range from INR 2.5 to 3.3 LPA (Source: Glassdoor). In addition to salary, the employees have reported the following benefits:
