Your role

As part of the role, your responsibilities include:

• Ensure timely generation and preparation of Client invoices and sending the same to clients
• Periodically sending reminders to clients for overdue invoices
• Ensure that all Sales and Receipts are correctly accounted for in the Books of accounts.
• Ensuring all FIRCs received from the Bank are correctly updated in reports. A list of FIRCs pending to be received is to be highlighted for further action.
  • Assisting the Manager and the team in all Adhoc and periodic routine revenue report preparation
  • Preparation of database for Softex and ensuring that the same is filed on a monthly basis with the STPI authorities.
  • Providing details for all GST returns and refund filing.
