Your role

Roles and Responsibilities 

• Responsible for the preparation and analysis of performance reports.
• Understanding client goals, and creating and executing strategies to exceed these goals.
• Coordination with Internal Teams and delivering desired output to stakeholders.
• Internal Process Automation by coordination with the Tech team.
• Providing strategic insights on performances and reviews.
• Understanding team requirements, creating & executing solutions to achieve goals.
• Planning & Organising - to be able to handle multiple requests daily and make timely decisions for prioritization of tasks.
• Client Servicing- Understand the client's requirements and provide solutions on time.
• Understand the final output required and generate good drafts for the final output.
• Comfortable working with CRM, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Salary & benefits
