Your role

Job Purpose:

With the implementation of Cloud Contact Centre and which includes establishing a campaign management team OTC-Finance organization, ensuring that correct contact information is available for all customers. Contact information such as phone number and email address need to be available for the collections team to follow up on outstanding items.

Key Responsibilities:

• Check, Validate and Track records of valid and invalid contact information (phone number and email address) from the customers with open items.
• Use of different software or shared sites to locate valid contact information.
• Format all existing contact information to ensure that the system picks up information correctly when loaded to Campaign Management or email sending campaigns.
• Update correct contact information in the Collections Tools.
• Connect with AR Teams to identify any incorrect contact information which seems to not be dummy emails or phone numbers.
• Check campaign results thru Wrap-Up Codes and checks anything tagged as Incorrect/Invalid contact.
• Cross-check any found phone or email from other data sources to check for previous use/valid use.
• Participate in weekly or bi-weekly connect with internal and external stakeholders discussing the results and historical performance trends.
• Suggest any special campaigns for newly found contact information to validate.
