The L’Oreal India For Young Women in Science (FYWIS) Scholarship Programme is a countrywide initiative that encourages and supports young women from economically disadvantaged backgrounds to pursue their higher education in any scientific field at a recognised college or university in India. A scholarship of INR 250,000 is awarded to each of the promising young women and covers their college fees and allows them to pursue their careers.

Recruitment Process

The hiring process for a fresh or experienced candidate at L’Oreal begins with registering on the career page and filling out an online application based on qualification, years of experience, and requirements. A fresher can apply for only three jobs within 30 days. After applying they are called for a written test, group discussion, and interview.

An experienced candidate can check all the jobs that they have already applied for in their candidate space. After submission, a confirmation e-mail will be sent to them depending on the job they applied for. A shortlisted, candidate will be called for a digital or a face-to-face interview.

Remuneration

The average pay for a fresher at L’Oreal can be approximately 5 to 6 LPA, depending on the role they are selected for.
