Your role

You will be responsible for the following:

• Shall have a front-facing role in the team
• Responsible for assisting the Engagement Manager in the planning and execution of projects, guiding Analysts and actively participating in client management
• Will lead the team for field studies, data collection and interpretation, sampling and consultations with clients and other stakeholders
• Responsible for report development, presentation to the client
• Will assist in identifying opportunities in the market in CSR space and development of concept notes, proposals
• Responsible for internal project management procedures and risk processes

About you

Qualification:

• MBA/ Masters in a field related to Development Studies, Social Work, Economics, Sociology, Psychology, or Rural Development from a premier college
