Your role

What you'll do:

You’ll learn what it means to move money in this nine-week program. You’ll interact with clients and internal partners while experiencing their commitment to excellence in client service.

• You’ll gain hands-on experience in large-scale payments and corporate financial institutions that help make money move. The Payments program offers you the opportunity to gain experience by helping develop presentations, completing analyses, pricing and cash flows, and conducting client due diligence. You’ll build your technical skills and knowledge of the financial service industry, incorporating emerging technologies based on a holistic view of the payments landscape.

Training

• Kick off the summer with one week of finance fundamentals training, followed by product-specific and supplemental instruction. Access to senior management and a strong network of peers will promote ongoing professional development throughout the summer.

Top-performing summer analysts may receive a full-time offer to join the two-year Payments rotational analyst program. Rotational analysts are positioned to place into a full-time roles within the company.
