Your role

Job Description

The GE Renewable Energy Digital Technology Leadership Program (DTLP) offers those with a passion for the energy sector the to grow their leadership, business acumen, and technical skills while building a career with unlimited potential. Program members lead by doing, gaining real-world experience by working on important, challenging projects alongside some of the brightest technical minds in the world.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Full-time, two-year leadership development program where members work alongside GE experts in various locations (domestic and international travel is required).
• Four, six-month rotational assignments covering diverse projects in Cyber Security, Supply Chain, Product & Program Management, Data & Analytics, Data Science, Operations, and more. 
• Global classroom experience and virtual coursework focused on technical training, leadership, and business acumen.

Training & development

During the program, you will be exposed to many development opportunities. At the beginning of the first and the second year you will meet with all the leadership programs' members for an immersive week of training. These events are complemented by additional learning moments such as professional certifications, master's degree credits, On-the-job training, and many others.

The annual salary for this role can range from INR 6.0 to 8.7 LPA (Source: Ambition Box).  They may provide the following benefits

About you

To apply for this role, you must have,

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Information Systems, Cyber Security, Management Information Systems, Data & Analytics, Data Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Web Development, or other relevant STEM majors with IT experience.
• Minimum cumulative 3.0/4.0 GPA or equivalent.
