Your role

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with a Senior/Manager in analyzing and interpreting data to maximize opportunities for a zero-defect culture. 
• Apply project management concepts to manage engagement delivery
• Should be able to come up with innovative methods of achieving goals
• Excellent work ethic and ability to thrive in a time-sensitive environment
• Facilitate quality improvement initiatives/meetings
• Identify training gaps for self and work with leadership to bridge gaps 
• Develops and shares best practices with team members
