Your role

Assist the Corporate Secretarial team in :

• Compliance with Companies Act, 2013 and SEBI Listing Regulations
• Preparing and filing required forms and returns with ROC
• Shareholder correspondence
• Dividend payment process
• Board, Committee, and shareholder meeting arrangements
• Research and tracking changes in corporate laws

Qualification

• Executive passed CS Student requiring 21 months of training

Knowledge and skills

• Good command of English- written and spoken
• Demonstrate self-discipline & good time management
• Self-starter & can work on multiple assignments under pressure
