Your role

Your field of responsibility:

• The candidate will work as a business analyst on change projects to implement delivery and will support the projects across the project lifecycle engaging with Business and IT partners to ensure solutions meet business requirements.
• Use Business Analysis tools and techniques to gather and clearly articulate the as-is business processes, identify problems and inefficiencies and define business requirements for process improvements
• Serve as a liaison with managers of line functions to identify, define, and accurately document business requirements following CS standard methodology

About you

A candidate desirous of pursuing Industrial Training must fulfil the below-mentioned eligibility criteria:

• Proven academic track record and outstanding understanding of accounting principles
• Basic understanding of product asset classes - Secured funding, Derivatives, Structured notes etc
• Flair for technical concepts like – SQL (DDL and DML queries), innovation tools like Qliksense, R, Python
• Hands-on approach with strong robust critical judgement
• Outstanding active listening and communication skills
