Your role

Cisco’s FLEX India internship (formerly HR Leadership Program) is a twelve-week program designed to develop future HR leaders. The internship program prepares students to join Cisco full-time after graduation as part of Cisco’s three-year FLEX India rotational program.

All Cisco FLEX India interns will:   

Work on projects that will add significant value to the business and participate in professional development workshops, function-specific training, and business seminars often led by subject-matterprofessionals  

Collaborate with senior leadership, managers, cross-functional teams, and other interns in the FLEX community while presenting analysis and recommendations on a pivotal initiative to the senior HR (People & Communities) leadershipteam 

Training & development

The willingness to learn is therefore an essential condition to be employed by Cisco. First and foremost, training is done on the job. Guiding and coaching are part of the responsibility of each manager and are crucial to making each one progress in his/her position. Formal training programs are generally purpose-oriented and designed to improve relevant skills and competencies. Therefore they are proposed in the framework of individual development programs and not as a reward.

About you
