Your role
Job description:
Support the planning and delivery of BCG’s highest-profile events. M&E offers a diverse menu of services and digital tools including, but not limited to, venue sourcing, supplier management, mobile apps, registration sites, logistics planning, virtual venues, and experience design. As a member of the M&E team, you will be expected to gain a deep understanding of all service offerings and to build lasting relationships with internal stakeholders to promote the adoption of those services across BCG.
Key activities and responsibilities include:
Providing routine and ad-hoc administrative support across M&E business units.
Answering customer queries on M&E services in a timely fashion.
Developing strong ties across the M&E team to support peak periods as a backup.
Actively promoting the use of M&E products and services to internal stakeholders.
Assisting with the creation and maintenance of internal and customer materials and conducting routine audits to ensure relevance.
Managing access and permissions for M&E tools and platforms for new joiners and departures.
Supporting the M&E team with executing event operations activities, if necessary.
Actively gaining education and experience across the events industry.
Training & development
