Your role

Regular Responsibilities :

• Initial analysis of the manufacturing failure
• Internal customer complaint action
• SFMC Moderator (IDC)
• Plant IDC & KPI tree monitoring.
• Q tool adherence and tools admin for EWS, LPC.
• Internal audit ( CP, WI & DMD)
• 5s Adherence
• Supplier failure tracking and reimbursement.
• Tracking of Department KPIs.

Periodic:

• PDCA Meeting for IDC & Prognosis.
• LPCIncident failure analysis
• 5S Audit
• Internal complaints handling
• LPC
