Your role

The Summer Internship Program is a robust, challenging experience that provides high-potential students with an opportunity to gain exposure to BNY Mellon and the financial services industry through practical, strategic projects that align with critical business needs for early career and entry-level talent. 

Program Highlights:

During the program, which runs 10 weeks in the India, EMEA and APAC, summer interns in all regions and across different lines of business will participate in dynamic programming consisting of:

• A senior speaker series
• In-person and virtual technical, financial and professional learning & development
• Formal and informal networking events
• Mentoring activities with assigned senior and peer mentors
• A strategic business challenge
• End-of-summer presentations to respective business stakeholders

Training & development

The internship provides opportunities to work with professionals to develop new skills and qualities, put your university knowledge to practice, and exposure to working life at BNY.

Salary & benefits

The annual salary for this role can range from INR 3.0 to 4.7 LPA (Source: Ambition Box).  They may provide the following benefits

About you

• Enrollment in a four-year undergraduate or full-time undergraduate degree program with a strong focus on business-related and/or technology-related majors
• Rising senior or penultimate-year students
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 or better or 2:1
• Well-rounded and balanced background including demonstrated leadership abilities
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Should not require sponsorship for employment visa status (now or in the future) in the region where they apply
