Balance is a digital wallet for MENA that lets you make P2P transfers, split payments, store foreign exchange, manage subscriptions, buy stocks and cryptocurrencies, and more. Our mission is to bring near-zero cost access to the engines of wealth creation and help balance income inequality. We are in stealth mode and will launch our first product in Q4 2021.
Balance focuses on Payments, Finance Technology, Mobile applications, Payment Systems, and FinTech. Their company has offices in Bengaluru and Dubai. They have a small team that's between 1-10 employees.
We want the World’s best engineers to come to join our core team as we build the world’s #1 finance application. The role is within our platform team that will develop, maintains, and improves backend systems responsible for authentication, user profile, wallet, payment processing, sending/receiving transactions, etc.
Our core team members are expected to have significant domain knowledge on writing great software that handles money. In particular, they should have a deep understanding of how to build reliable, secure, robust, and scalable digital products.
We are looking for exceptional talent for this team who typically has experience with Consumer products as a Backend Engineer. Payments experience is highly sought after but not necessary.
