Your role

Job Description:

• As a graphic design intern, your primary role is to visually communicate ideas, messages, and information through creative design. 
• You will be working closely with the Head of Employer branding team, HR & Communications Team India. 

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Conceptualization: Collaborate with Indian and global teams to understand their design needs and translate concepts into visual solutions.
• Design Creation: Develop visually appealing graphics, illustrations, slides, presentations, logos, and layouts for various media such as digital and print media using Airbus brand guidelines.
• Branding: Maintain and enhance brand identities ensuring consistency across all design elements. 
• Software Proficiency: Utilize industry-standard design software to craft high-quality graphics and designs.
• Trends & Innovation: Stay updated on the latest design trends and emerging technologies to bring fresh ideas and approaches to projects. 
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive and impactful design solutions.

Training & development

The internship or placement program is designed to provide students with the opportunity to consolidate their theoretical foundation through practical experience. A major component of this experience is the formation of a professional attitude. The students are expected to develop their personality and capacity to adapt and handle, challenging situations in the real business world.

About you

Technical Skills/ Qualifications:

Ongoing/Completed Degree in any of the following fields: 

• B.Des/ M.Des/ Diploma in Visual Communication
• B.Des/ M.Des/ Diploma in Graphic Design 
• Proficiency in G-Suite
• Adobe Suite (Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Acrobat)
• Figma/ Sketch
• Canva 

Professional Skills Required: 

• Effective Communication
• Detail Oriented
• Ability to handle multiple tasks
• Demonstrate interest in learning
